Jessi Malay Blogger L'Oreal Lipcolor

For my first look, I wanted to go with a soft neutral look which would be perfect for a daytime holiday party or brunch. I started by applying L’Oréal’s Color Riche Monos Eyeshadow in shade 302 ‘Mix And Matte’ all over my eyelid. Next, I applied shade 304 “Matte It Up” towards my outer lid. For some holiday shimmer, I applied L’Oréal Infallible Eyeshadow in ‘Iced Latte’ in the inner corners of my eyes and blended it towards the centre of my eyelid. Nothing says holidays like a lil sparkle right?! To define my eyes, I used the Infallible Pro Last Pencil EyeLiner and finished off with their new X Fiber Voluminous Mascara. Now onto the lips :) I was so excited to try out L’Oreal’s new Color Riche Shine Lipsticks for the holidays! I love the look of shiny luminous lips during the holiday season, so I knew these would be perfect to play with! Since this is a daytime look, I choose the shade Dazzling Doe, a pretty neutral beige that you can never go wrong with! These lipsticks are super radiant and moisturizing, with a glossy finish that will leave your lips feeling fresh and dewy! This new formula contains 60% more oils, so at first they can feel really silky and glossy on your lips, but after a few minutes they dry really comfortably.

Bring on the drama!! For my second look, I wanted to spice it up so I went with a sultry, vampy shade! This look is more nighttime appropriate so I’d wear it to a holiday dinner or evening event with a killer dress and statement earrings. If you’re a girl who loves a pop of color, you’ll love the colour riche lipstick in Splendid Blackberry, a gorgeous deep berry shade, with more vibrant purple undertones. Since this is such a bold lip, I kept my eye makeup neutral and soft to bring all the attention to the lips ;) To make my eyes pop, I used the same eyeliner and mascara from the first look. And of course there’s bound to be a ton of Insta-worthy moments during holiday season and you’ll want to make sure your makeup stays put all night long. I usually get oily in my T-zone after a couple hours, so setting powder is a must for me! For this look, I used L’Oréal Pro Loose Setting Face Powder all over my face. Lastly to prevent any smudged mascara or liner, I finished off with the Infallible Makeup Extender Setting Spray. What I love about this setting spray is that it’s super lightweight and helps loosen up the powder in those areas where your makeup doesn’t look as smooth, so you’ll instantly notice a smoother canvas without any stickiness!
