So Shameless

Happy almost Friday my loves!! For those of you who saw my stories the other day, I tried out the new Marc Jacobs Shameless Youthful-Look 24H Foundation SPF 25 and promised to let you know how it wore throughout the day. I got so many questions about how I felt about it, so I wanted to stop in and share a quick review with you guys! My skin has both golden and beige undertones, so I mixed shades  Y360 and Y370 to achieve the perfect hue! Instantly after applying, I felt like the texture was really similar to a tinted moisturizer, but evened out my skin tone really well. You guys know I’m not a fan of anything cakey and I love maintaining that natural element when doing my glam, so I really appreciate being able to see through my skin! If you do need a bit more coverage, it builds very seamlessly so it’s easy to do a few more layers. And as a new mom, you guys know I’m all about multi-purpose products especially when it comes to my skincare and beauty routine. I love that this foundation contains SPF 25, so not only are you skipping a step, but you don’t have to worry about applying it over your makeup and ruining your glam! Plus, it’s so nice knowing that my sun protection is taken care of! For those of you who have used foundations with SPF, you may notice that sometimes there’s an ashy undertone that comes from the SPF as well as flashback in photos. Drumroll please…the special part about this foundation is that it features a new technology that encloses SPF in pigment-form, so you don’t have to worry about flashback in photos or ashy undertones. So there you have it! This foundation has become my coverage, moisturizer, and SPF all in one and I’m loving it :)

And how cute is this packaging?! Love that this foundation comes in small compacts that are very travel-friendly and spill-proof! These are especially good for tropical trips when you don’t know what shade foundation you’ll be during the mid-end stages of your trip, so I always like to bring at least 3 different hues to mix and match!
