Happy Tuesday my loves!! Today I’m bringing you my New Mom Meal & Fitness Routine! Finding a routine and getting back to normal life since having the baby has been tough for me… even just normal everyday things like making it to the gym and finding time to grocery shop and cook became overwhelming for me. About a month and a half ago I decided it was time to find a new system that worked for me and my family. I found new ways to get my workouts in and meals on the table. Since starting our new routine, I’ve felt more clear minded, I’m able to dedicate myself to my work again while being a better wife and mother. Wanted to share with you some tips and tricks that are working for me in hopes they’ll help you too, all from the comfort of our homes!
