Halloween is quickly approaching and I wanted to share a super simple and quick recipe to get into the spirit! These No-Bake Cake Pops are one of my go-to desert recipes because they are fast, simple and don’t require a lot of ingredients. I like using Oreo cookies and cookie-dough for the batter, but you can pretty much crush anything of your choice into your mix!

Follow these quick steps to make the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz block cream cheese softened
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1 package Cookie Dough
  • 2 one pound blocks white almond bark or white chocolate chips
  • Black sprinkles for eyes
  • Sucker sticks or paper straws

Instructions:

  1. Start by combining the softened cream cheese with one package of Oreo cookies and cookie-dough in your food processor. Make sure it’s thoroughly blended
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and position them on your cookie sheet
  3. Stick the sucker sticks or paper straws into the middle of each ball
  4. Put your tray of the cake-pops into the freezer to set for approximatley 10-15 minutes
  5. Put the white almond bark into a bowl and microwave it for 2-3 minutes until it melts into a smooth substance
  6. Take the cake-pops out of the freezer and start dipping each pop into the white chocolate. Make sure the entire ball is completely covered.
  7. Place each cake-pop on a tray over a layer of wax paper
  8. After you are finished dipping all the cake-pops, hold each one over the bowl and drizzle the leftover chocolate or any choice of icing onto the ball
  9. Use a fork or toothpick to gently make two holes for the eyes. Make sure to stick the eyes onto the cake-pop before the chocolate drizzle hardens
